Questions, answered plainly
The things worth asking before you trust anyone.
If a question you have isn't here, it belongs in the consultation. Ask us anything — the good answers are the ones you can check for yourself.
Every stone comes with an independent GIA coloured-diamond report. You can verify the report number directly on GIA's own website before any money moves. We'll walk you through reading it — hue, tone, saturation, and whether the colour is natural in origin.
Yes — and we'd rather you did. Independent verification is the point of certification. If a seller discourages it, walk away.
No. Many clients view by secure video and complete everything remotely. You're welcome in Antwerp if you'd prefer to see the stone in person.
Funds move through escrow, and stones are delivered by insured, specialist couriers with full documentation. We'll set out each step in writing before you commit.
Every stone is accompanied by origin documentation and, where applicable, Kimberley Process / G7 certification confirming it is not of Russian origin. Provenance is part of the price of doing this properly.
Fancy-colour stones of investment quality begin in the tens of thousands and rise from there. We'll be candid at the consultation about what your brief and budget can realistically source.
People acquire fancy-colour diamonds for beauty, for legacy, and as a rare tangible asset. The long-term market has a documented record, but we don't sell "returns" and we don't give investment advice — we focus on quality, certification, and provenance, which is what protects value.
You shouldn't, yet — that's what the consultation is for. We verify each other. You'll meet a named principal, see our credentials, and independently confirm every stone's certificate. Trust here is earned in steps, not asked for upfront.
