A sourcing relationship should be legible from the first email. Here is exactly how a stone reaches you — and where you stop, check, and decide at every step.

Nothing is sold from a catalogue. You set a brief; we search for stones that match it; every candidate is independently certified and verified by you before anything proceeds. Six steps, each one removing a specific fear.

  1. Step I. Private inquiry

    You tell us what you're looking for — colour, size, budget, and the occasion, if there is one. Confidential, no obligation.

    Low commitment. Complete discretion.

  2. Step II. Consultation, by video or in Antwerp

    We talk through your brief and what it can realistically source, and we get to know each other. This is also where we confirm we're the right house for you — and you for us.

    Real people. Mutual verification. No pressure.

  3. Step III. Sourcing

    We search our Antwerp network, dealer relationships, and the auction market for stones that genuinely match — not whatever we happen to hold.

    Your brief drives it, not our inventory.

  4. Step IV. Certified candidates

    Every stone we present carries an independent GIA (or HRD Antwerp) report, with natural-colour origin confirmed. You verify each report number yourself before anything proceeds.

    Is it real, and as-graded? You check, first.

  5. Step V. Viewing, then decision

    See the stone in person in Antwerp or by secure video. Take the time you need. Nothing is rushed, and nothing is presented that you didn't ask for.

  6. Step VI. Escrow and insured delivery

    Payment moves through escrow; the stone is delivered by insured specialist couriers with full provenance and origin documentation.

    Will you receive it? Yes — secured and documented.

Aftercare: documentation for your records, guidance on insurance and safekeeping, and a standing relationship when you're ready for the next.
