Who we are

Pelican Rare Diamonds is a private sourcing service for natural fancy-colour diamonds, rooted in Antwerp and serving clients in the United States. As an operator established in the EU handling data of US residents, we aim to meet both the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable US state privacy laws (such as the CCPA/CPRA). What we collect

• Consent record: the fact and wording of your consent, with a timestamp, IP address and browser user-agent, kept as proof of consent.
• Source information: referring URL and campaign tags (UTM parameters), landing page, and submission time, used for triage and attribution.
• Cookies: a strictly necessary cookie recording your privacy choice; analytics cookies only if you accept them.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to your inquiry, to arrange and hold a confidential consultation, to source and advise on stones to your brief, to keep records required of us, and to understand — in aggregate — how the site is used. We do not use it to make automated decisions that produce legal effects about you, and we do not sell it.

Who we share it with

We share your information only as needed to serve you: with fulfilment partners (such as certification laboratories, escrow and insured-logistics providers) and our professional advisers, each bound to protect it.
